The flat shipping rate applies per order, regardless of the number of items and their weight. The order value that determines free shipping is the total value of the goods in your cart.
2. Delivery Countries
We deliver to all countries within the European Union that can be selected during the ordering process. The shipping costs stated above apply to every delivery country; no country-specific surcharges are added.
If your country is not available during the ordering process, we are unfortunately unable to ship to that destination.
3. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is stated on each product page. The delivery period begins on the day after your payment order is issued if you pay in advance, and on the day after the contract is concluded for all other payment methods. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period ends on the next working day.
If your order contains several items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the item with the longest delivery time determines when your order is dispatched.
4. Returns in the Event of Withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please refer to our withdrawal policy for details and for the estimated amount of these costs.
